Can you eat your favorite foods and lose weight?

You can lose weight while eating your favorite foods. Considering you make changes to the ingredients the flavors will be present just simply you will substitute certain ingredients with others that are more nutritious. However, you won’t sacrifice flavor.

Here’s how it works. When you intake foods, your bodies core temperature and metabolism increase to process that food. When this happens, you create what is called a thermic effect on your body meaning that core temperature goes up. It goes up as well as metabolism. Now imagine raising that thermic effect several times per day? What do you think would happen? You guessed it, you would raise your metabolism and keep it elevated throughout the day.

If you combine this thermic effect with exercise and alter the ingredients in your favorite foods so that they become more nutritious and more supportive of your weight loss goals, you can literally lose the weight that you want while eating the foods you like.

The main lesson to consider is to raise your metabolism while increasing the thermic effect. It’s the thermic effect that is going to help you in your quest to lose weight. Keep in mind that you must make your favorite foods healthier so that they support your weight loss goals. However, once again you don’t have to sacrifice flavor.
